Single Sessions
For clients with limited time and budget, or for those trying out health and wellness classes for the first time, Intelligent Yogi offers a 90-minute highlight session. It introduces the fundamental concepts of our philosophy, with the aim of providing a targeted set of interventions that have an immediate impact on focus, resilience and mindset.
Workshops
For the clients who wish to integrate mindfulness practices into daily life and expand their knowledge on a holistic approach to health, we provide a set of tailored workshops. Learn more about core pillars of health, stress management and sleep to improve your performance and well-being. 3 to 5 separate sessions each focuses on a new topic paired with some movement, breathwork & meditation.
Custom-Tailored Wellness Clubs
For clients looking for a longer-term commitment to team growth and development we offer a tailored “mindfulness club” course that covers a full dive into healthy living. Engage in a multi-week program designed to meet your unique needs on the journey to well-being. Equip yourself with the knowledge on how to influence the brain to improve your reactions, acuity and performance. Offered as a series of at least six sessions.
