Based in Hong Kong, our services can be provided through three models depending on the outcomes you wish to achieve

In-person or online single 90-minute sessions that cover mindfulness, movement, and meditation.

  • I joined Nana’s Stress and Anxiety Relief class and found it to be very calming in the moment, but also very useful knowledge to carry with me and put into practice outside of the classroom. The curriculum integrates nerve flossing, proprioceptive awareness, threat management, and breathwork, creating a transformative experience for her students.
