Based in Hong Kong, our services can be provided through three models depending on the outcomes you wish to achieve
Single sessions
In-person or online single 90-minute sessions that cover mindfulness, movement, and meditation.
Workshops
Tailored to the needs of clients who want to learn more about core pillars of health, stress management and improved performance. 3 to 5 separate components each focus on a new topic.
Mindfulness Clubs
Join our custom-tailored wellness clubs, a full dive into healthy living, offering a series of at least six sessions designed to improve long-term capabilities.

As a keen Yogi with a lifelong passion for science and learning, Nanna has curated a unique approach to corporate wellbeing in Hong Kong. The curriculum integrates nerve flossing, proprioceptive awareness, threat management, and breathwork, creating a transformative experience for her students.
